Anya Likhitha (they/them) is a facilitator & strategist. With over 11 years of experience as both a specialist & generalist, Anya moved fluidly across their career in art, commercial photography, graphic design, advertising, digital marketing, brand strategy, experience design & education.
Their facilitation practice started humbly at dinner tables & in their living room as a queer, disabled, neurodivergent artist. Facilitation came at a time in their life when life felt dark with their mental health struggles. Learning how to connect with people authentically from all walks of life to create meaningful exchange quite literally saved their life. With each conversation, their sense of purpose to facilitate community connection grew quietly.
After turning 30, and being witness to the moral injuries they suffered at work, Anya resolved to change the way they work. They painfully realized they had put the skillsets they have to work, but forgot to use their values to guide them at work.
Anya now turns to facilitation as the medium of their choice to do the work they love so much. Whether it is an intimate conversation with a small group of people, or a corporate team event with 250+ employees — they empower people, communities & organizations who do good.
